The database contains protein sequence and information about the known biological functions of proteins

InAct: 

The database contains information about protein interactions

Reactome: 

The database contains information about the role of protein in human biological pathways

PRIDE: Database contain experimental evidence of published protein and peptide identification


These are the tools of bioinformatics which combine computer technology with biology to advance the study of the biological phenomenon, also known as computational biology
